• Adheres to parts with no fall off, even in molten dip braze bath.

BENEFITS OF USING OMNI STOP-OFF

• Threaded Areas - Applied at or near machined threads or holes. It will not flow into unwanted areas by capillary action.

• Fixtures & Supports - Apply with brush or roller to prevent braze fixtures or support points from bonding to work during furnace cycle.

• Capillary Tubes - Will prevent flow of filler metal into tubes and finely drilled holes.

• Cosmetic Appearance - Prevents any unwanted filler metal from flowing out into undesirable areas where appearance may be important.

• Excess Filler Metal - Many times it is necessary to apply excessive filler metal to compensate for tolerance variations in the fit up of mating parts. Excess metal will be prevented from flowing away from joint.

• Clean Up of Dispensing Equipment - Contains water soluble resin bases. A simple clean up can be accomplished by washing dispensing equipment in warm detergent solution and rinsing in warm water.

Stop-Off is available in pails, jars, squeeze bottles, syringes, or custom containers.
