Omni supplies many different soldering pastes. We premix soldering alloy and flux with proprietary binders that provide adhesion and non-settling properties. Omni soldering pastes are adjusted to a stable dispensing viscosity for all automatic and hand dispensers.

LEAD FREE SOLDER FOR COPPER, BRASS AND STEEL

Omni’s line of lead free solders meet FDA and EPA lead free standards. They contain atomized alloy mixed with proper fluxes and binder for easy application and use. Simply apply to surface and heat.

Two soldering fluxes are available. PVG flux is non-corrosive after soldering, and is used with pure copper applications. NGO flux is a more aggressive flux with zinc chloride for brass and steel applications.

Omni Technologies will blend special mixes to each customers unique brazing operation. In addition to our standard alloys and fluxes, we can make soldering pastes out of custom alloys, fluxes, or binders to meet your needs. Pastes are available in pails, jars, squeeze bottles, syringes, or custom containers.
