| Omni supplies a multitude of brazing pastes for torch, vacuum, furnace, and dip brazing. Many different alloys and fluxes are supplied. We premix brazing alloy and flux with proprietary binders that provide excellent adhesion and non-settling properties. Omni brazing pastes are adjusted to a stable dispensing viscosity for all automatic and hand dispensers.
ALUMINUM BRAZING PASTE
Non-corrosive Aluminum Brazing Paste
Non-corrosive aluminum brazing paste is a versatile paste for furnace, torch, and induction brazing. Omni offers many aluminum brazing alloys, to meet your particular application. See the alloy chart below for LTB3500, LTB3900, LTB4200, and LTB4300.
Omni offers two different non-corrosive fluxes.
Nocolok® - No post braze cleaning operations are required. Nocolok® flux and its residues are non-hygroscopic and non-corrosive.
KX200 - Gives better results when brazing aluminum magnesium alloys such as 6061 and 6063 than standard Nocolok® flux. No post braze cleaning operations are required. KX200 flux and its residues are non-hygroscopic and non-corrosive.
Aluminum Dip Brazing Paste
Omnis aluminum dip brazing pastes are stable mixtures of Al-Si filler metal and metallic fluoride salts used in dip brazing for joining a wide variety of aluminum alloys. Omni offers many aluminum brazing alloys, to meet your particular application, see the alloy chart below for LTB36SSK, LTB37, LTB37SSK, and LTB38.
Aluminum Torch Brazing Paste
Omnis aluminum torch brazing pastes are stable mixtures of Al-Si filler metal and conventional corrosive chloride and fluoride salts used in torch brazing for joining a wide variety of aluminum alloys. Omni offers many aluminum brazing alloys, to meet your particular application, see the alloy chart below for LTB 35T SSK, 36T SSK, 37T SSK.

SILVER BRAZING PASTE
Omni offers a complete line of silver brazing pastes. We offer a wide range of alloys, that can be mixed with our SBF21 silver braze flux.
SBF21 is extremely fluid and active during brazing to promote excellent capillary flow and a clean braze. The flux is water-soluble, so it can be washed with ordinary water for post-braze cleanup. SBF21 flux has a low corrosivity, yielding close to a neutral pH, and does not attract moisture after brazing to greatly reduce corrosive activity from entrapped residues.
For tougher applications, such as carbide brazing, we can add boron to the flux for superior results.
Omni SBF21 flux conforms to:
ANSI/AWS A5.31-92, AWS FB3-A, and AMS 3410
| Omni silver brazing paste applications include: |
- Stainless steel
- Carbide
- Iron
- Steel
- Copper
- Brass
- Bronze
- Silver
- Monel alloys
- Nickel
